Q. Will I have to pay a delivery charge for the day?


Delivery is FREE for venues located within the M25 area. An additional charge may apply for central London to cover parking. If your venue is outside the M25 additional charges may apply.


Q. Can I supply my own dipping food?


You can! If you are on a strict budget and would prefer to have your own food, that’s fine by us. We do ask that you check with us to see if what you are providing is suitable for our fountains.


Q. How long will the Chocolate Fountain run for?


The Chocolate Fountain will run for a maximum of 4 hours depending on display and serving times, order enough chocolate to keep it topped up!


Q. Will my venue need to supply anything?


Yes, we certainly request a table and tablecloth to be provided for us to host the Chocolate Fountain. A table of around 4 feet in diameter is perfect. We can provide a tablecloth if needed – please ensure you request this pre hand. We will need a standard 13 amp electrical socket as close as possible to the location where you want us to conduct the fountain. 2. We need access to the venue at least 60 minutes prior to start time to set-up to ensure safety checks. This time will not conflict with the arranged hire time.


Q. Do you use fresh fruit, dips & chocolate for each rental?


Yes, we have never used leftover chocolate under no circumstance for the obvious sanitation reasons. Fruit is always bought fresh on the day of your event.


Q. What kind of chocolate do you use?


We only use high quality Belgian chocolate. Our Halal Chocolate has a high cocoa butter ingredient, which means the chocolate not only falls smoothly, but also carries a better taste and a more of a silky appearance.


Q. What happens to the chocolate at the end of the event?


If you request, any chocolate left over from the event can be left at your function for you and your guests to enjoy after we have left.


Q. Do you provide male or female staff?


Weddings and functions such as Muslim weddings or segregated events, we can supply either qualified female or male staff as requested.
